Easter is just around the corner.
Lisa Ivany is the Recreation Director for Nain.
She says she is very busy with the schedule for this year’s Easter games.
There is no schedule set for the games yet, but she gave us a hint of what will be going on.
Ivany said the Easter games will be starting on the 20th to the 28th of April, and awards night will be on the 30th.
And for the buttons for the Easter games for ages 2-5 yrs old is $5, $10 for ages 13-54, and for seniors 55 and older is free.
Anyone wanting to buy a button can drop by the Jeremias Sillitt Community Centre, debit & cash accepted, and at the Nain Inuit Community Government Office, is cash only.
There will also be a giant bingo on April 22nd with a prize of $5000 jackpot and cards will be selling for $100.
