Alana Johns and Rita Andersen are working on a phrase book of everyday Inuktitut words , and they are trying to move forward.
Alana Johns is a Professor Emeritus of the Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto.
Johns says the name of their project is Inuttitut Kautamât UKauset.
The project is funded under the Tradition and Transition Among the Labrador Inuit project.
