The Nunatsiavut Assembly took place in Hopedale, NL last week.
Edward Blake-Rudkowski is the Ordinary Member for the Constituency of Canada, and newly appointed Speaker of the Nunatsiavut Assembly.
Blake-Rudkowski says that the primary things they dealt with were the passing of their financial statements.
They had their official auditors come in and present their report at the assembly.
There was a discussion about where the Nunatsiavut Government stands with the Muskrat Falls project as well.
