Photos are still being collected from Nunatsiavut towns to be displayed in the new Illusuak Centre once the building is completed.
Inez Shiwak is the Project Assistant for the People of Digital Story telling in Rigolet.
She says her work is to collect photos and stories from the people in the communities.
Shiwak has collected about 700 photos.
The collected photos go all the way back from 1905 to the current year of 2015.
She says people can still send in their photos and stories to her by mail or email.
The photo collecting project will run until the end of August.
