A public information session on tuberculosis is taking place in Nain tonight.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 pm at the Jens Haven Memorial School gym.
According to Labrador Grenfell Health Communications Coordinator Allan Bock, Nunatsiavut Government President Sarah Leo called for and organized the meeting.
Dr. Gabe Woolam, Chief of Staff of Labrador Grenfell Health, and Jane Broomfield, Acting Nursing Supervisor at Nain Community Clinic, will be attending.
Bock says this will be an opportunity for residents to ask questions about the TB outbreak in Nain.
The Nunatsiavut Government and Labrador Grenfell Health will also be delivering information to the public about the outbreak.
