The St. John’s Native Friendship Centre is really busy this year with their programs.
Chris Sheppard is the Regional CCS and UP Management Technician for the centre.
He says the two biggest projects they are working on are the Child Care Centre in St. John’s, as well a Strategic Plan.
Sheppard says they have been holding Drum Dancing workshops with both First Nations and Inuit.
