Torngat Arts and Crafts Inc. is a non profit organization created in 2008 by a small group of women who recognized the need and potential for a Craft Shop in Nain.
They are happy to announce their new website.
The website was launched during Northern Exposure 2015.
This is a great way to look at and to discover artists and crafts producers in Labrador.
Artists are well known Inuit from Nain, Hopedale, Postville, Makkovik and Rigolet.
Torngat Arts and Crafts would like to thank the artists and craft producers, Nunatsiavut Government, Heather Igloliorte, and the Mobilizing Inuit Cultural Heritage team.
And also the talented photographers and Mandy Arnold from the kangidluasuk Student Program, for helping to create this beautiful and unique showcase of Nunatsiavut arts and crafts.
