The 7 plex in Nain is near completion and the applications are now available starting today.
Michelle Kinney is the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development with the Nunatsiavut Government.
She says this building is for parents who are trying to get their children back, who are in care of CSSD.
Kinney adds the parents and their children will be able to move in February, 2020.
