Inuttitut UKaalalautta is taking place here in Nain this week.
We spoke with Suzanna Jararuse, who is the Program Specialist, and she gave us some information on what it’s all about.
Jararuse says it’s formally known as the “Inuktitut Speak Off.”
It takes place on Wednesday, June 7 at 1:30 at the Illusuak Centre.
Students from our 5 Nunatsiavut schools get together and present a speech in Inuktitut.
