The Memorial University (MUN) Campus in Labrador partnered with different organizations to go with a camp next month.
McKenzie Hutchings is with MUN.
This will be a hands-on science learning and training camp celebrating the Labrador lands and waters, based in the Upper Lake Melville region.
This will be for youth in Labrador going to Grades 8 up to Grade 11 in September 2022.
Children will learn about plants, animals, farming and soil, culture and archeology, the marine environment, and science and technology.
The camp will be from July 18 to 22 with no fee to participate.
