Hopedale’s Rhubarb Committee members contacted the OK Society with an update of the 17th Annual Rhubarb Festival.
The Rhubarb Committee was first held in 2006. Doris Dicker, Darlene Winters, and Danielle Mitsuk are the Committee Members.
There is a best smoked fish contest with prizes of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Please have 3 portions of the smoked fish, and entry can be brought to the Nanuk Center by 8pm on Saturday, July 22.
Also on Sunday, July 23 there will be a best rhubarb recipe of breads, desserts, and others.
There is 1st place only for each category of $200. 3 servings of the items can be brought to Nanuk Center by 8pm Sunday, July 23.
