The lucky winner is Walter B from Torbay, NL. He will be taking home half of the money raised, which amounted to $192,162.50. Congratulation him for his lucky ticket number 43119.

Once he was over the shock, and we assured him this was an authentic phone call, he told us he has two children who frequently have been in Janeway over the year. He was happy to support the children’s hospital and healthcare in our province.

He thanks the everyone in N&L who purchased a ticket to support the Foundation this year.

We work to make sure we are proving lots of different ways for people to support the Janeway, and this is one. Even if you did not win, the children of the province did!
