The provincial government is accepting applications for grants to youth organizations.
The grants help to fund not-for-profit, youth-based organizations or those who serve young people for various initiatives and activities.
Up to $451,500 dollars is available for projects that encourage skill, knowledge and leadership development, support youth giving back to their community, projects that support collaboration and inclusion and fill gaps in services.
The provincial government is also looking to fund projects that help build relationships and share experiences between youth and older adults across Newfoundland and Labrador.
The deadline for applications is July 27 through the Children Seniors and Social Development website.
