The Nunatsiavut Government in Nain will hold an award presentation.
The recipient of the 2023 Jim Price Passion award from Paddle Newfoundland and Labrador.
The award is presented to an individual of the paddling community who has demonstrated real excitement and enthusiasm for paddling in the province and has inspired others to take up the sport of paddling or improve their current paddling skills.
It was created to honor Jim Price’s contribution to the paddling community.
Minister Roxanne Barbour of Nunatsiavut Government will give the award.
On Wednesday, July 12 there will be an award presentation given to Noah Nochasak of Nain.
This award presentation will be located at the Illusuak Centre from 3:30pm. All is welcome.
