The Nain Inuit Community Government is looking for the safety and prevention of the spread of COVID-19 as well.
Joe Dicker is the AngajukKâk with the Nain Inuit Community Government.
Dicker says he is doing everything to prevent the virus to enter the community and helping to limit the spread.
He suggests for anyone out of town coming home to do a 14-day self-isolation and for anyone not to come to Nain if they do not have a reason.
Dicker also visited the businesses in the community to ensure that they are doing their part to prevent the spread by disinfecting and having good hygiene.
He adds that he will also be having meetings for getting updates and more on what to do to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
