Yesterday OK radio got in contact with Nain, Hopedale and Postville about the trail markers in their town.
Today we spoke with Chelsea Shiwak who is the Town Clerk from Rigolet.
She say’s the trail markers were taken down on the 16th of March.
Barry Andersen is the AngajukKâk from Makkovik.
Andersen says there are still Markers up yet towards Drunken Harbour, towards Iggiak Neck, and some up to the Makkovik Bay.
He says they will get the rest later this week once the Weather clears and warms up, as some trail markers are still froze solid.
