Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (ITK) will be travelling to the Nunatsiavut communities in September.
Kevin Kablutsiak is the Senior Executive Training Coordinator with ITK.
He says that everyone is still in the planning process but the date is set to be in Nain on September 8, 2019.
They are still looking to rent for 4 beds to rent in Nain because accommodations and hotel space is limited.
