Inuktitut with Angus Andersen (Audio)

Angus Andersen is an Inuk and originally from Nain and has been living in St. John’s teaching everywhere about Inuit.

He says he teaches over 200 schools at one time over the internet about Inuit history, Inuit language, and how Inuit lived and hunted.

Andersen says that the interest is huge; a lot of schools, a lot of teachers, and a lot of different cities across Canada want to learn about Inuit not just Labrador but everywhere.

He added that last year he also started to teach people how to carve soapstone.
