Torngat Wildlife and Plants Secretariat says the Goose Flock Size Photo Contest is still running.

She says congratulations to the week three winner, Charlotte Wolfrey.
On their Facebook page, you can head to Nunatsiavut Bird Projects, find the contest entry (week 4) and comment with a photo or video of a goose flock.
Purcell is in Postville and will be hosting a fun, interactive Goose Event this evening from 6:30 to 8 pm at the Community Centre.
There will be a short presentation followed by live sampling demos, a mapping station, a children’s corner (with coloring contest and prize draw), plus food beverages and door prizes.
Purcell and Joseph Townley are in Postville, and prizes will include first aid kit, goose call to name a few.
