A new restaurant celebrating Indigenous culture and ingredients will open in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
The spot will be owned by Nunacor, and has been named “Mamattuk”, an Inuktitut word meaning delicious.
The location will be near the Royal Inn and Suites and will operate as a restaurant, coffee bar, and lounge, and will pull inspiration from the land, people and culture.
The spot is slated to open in June.
