The Nunatsiavut Government Archaeology met with 7 members of the Hebron Selection Committee yesterday to discuss the Hebron Family Archaeology Project.
They are hoping to take place on July 27 to August 3, 2022. (Alternate August 3rd to 10th, 2022).
This year, it was decided for the committee to vote from the list of relocatee’s still living which is now less than 60 people.
The committee also decided to vote for 4 relocatee’s instead of one with 3 family support.
Once the vote is tallied, we will notify everyone.
The NG Archaeology will be looking to hire some support staff for the week of July 27 to August 3 (alternate August 3 to 10). Keep your eye out for updates.
