The Literacy Frontier College in Rigolet will have a cookbook collection.
Every week they will post a request for community members to share their favorite recipe, which will include that week’s ingredients.
At the end of the summer, they will have a cookbook printed of local recipes available for free for participants and for anyone in the community who would like a copy.
Recipes may be printed or handwritten, and it can include a photo and sketches, this can be submitted in English or Inuktitut.
You can submit your recipes via Facebook or bring them to the school Monday-Friday’s from 1-3pm.
