Labrador-Grenfell Health is advising the public that COVID-19 vaccination appointments for priority groups continue to be available across the region.
Individuals from the following groups are encouraged to book an appointment:
• Adults (18 years of age and older) who identify as Indigenous.
• Adults 60 years of age and older,
• Adults in marginalized populations where infection could have disproportionate consequences (e.g., people experiencing homelessness or with precarious housing arrangements),
• First responders (including career and volunteer fire fighters, police officers, border services, and search and rescue crew).
• Frontline health care workers who may come into direct contact with patients (includes private health care workers and home support workers).
• Staff, residents, and essential visitors at congregate living settings (shelters, group homes, transition houses, correctional facilities, and children or youth residential settings).
To book an appointment, you can either do the online self-registration at portal.healthmyself.net and enter the authorization code, BGLDSTRNG21, then select appointment type in “Covid-19 Vaccine Dose 1 (by invitation only)” or call 1-833-960-3643.

• Happy Valley-Goose Bay – Labrador Health Centre Public Health Office and Royal Canadian Legion

• Roddickton Bide-Arm – White Bay Central Health Centre and Roddickton Apostolic Group Building
• Flower’s Cove – Strait of Belle Isle Health Centre
