The 3rd Annual Gussie Ball Hockey Tournament for ages 12 and under will be going ahead tonight.
William Flowers is the organizer for the tournament.
He says the tournament will be starting at 7 p.m. at the Jeremias Sillitt Community Centre.
Players must have indoor shoes, a caged helmet, gloves and a plastic blade stick or your one piece composite sticks.
COVID-19 protocols are set in place at the gym and practice social distancing for everyone’s safety.
Registration is $5 a player for 12 and under and $10 for adult.
The tournament will be starting at 7 pm with Peyton’s Team vs. Landen’s team, 8 p.m. Teachers vs. Landen’s team and 9 p.m. Peyton’s Team vs. Teachers.
The semi-finals will be starting at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday with 2nd place vs. 3rd place, and finals at 4 p.m.
