Here are the results from the awards ceremony for the 2nd Annual Gussie Bennett Tournament.
The tournament was held at the Jeremias Sillitt Centre from Friday, November 22nd and ended Sunday, November 24th, 2019.
William Flowers is the Director of Minor Hockey with the Nain Recreation Department.
For 12 and under, John Dicker was awarded the Top Defenseman, Brennan Dicker was awarded the Most Sports-Minded, Michael Dyson Jr. was the Top Goalie, Serenity Ivany was the Female MVP, Enrique Lampe was the Male MVP, and the Teachers was the Most Sports-minded team.
For 13 and up, Ed Harris was the Top Defence-men, John Christensen was the Most Sports-Minded, Josh Angnatok was the Top Goalie, and Kim Oliver was the Female MVP. James Dicker was the Male MVP and the Kikkajaks was the Most Sports-Minded Team.
