The Nain Recreation Department is planning a Music festival this August.
And they are holding a name contest to name this Music Festival.
Lisa Ivany is the Recreation Director with the Nain Inuit Community Government.
She says they are still in the planning process but the date is set for August 24 & 25, 2019.

Deadline to submit your submission for the name contest is July 29.
Ivany says the winner will be announced on July 30, with a great prize to be awarded to the winner.
The Recreation Department are looking for any local performers to perform.
And confirmed artists who will perform during the festival this year is David Heart, The Beardos and Saali Keelan.
She says some funding came from the Ullapitsaijet Steering Committee.
