Today, January 30, 2019, is Bell let’s talk day. Bell is donating five cents for every time anyone tweets hash tag(#) BellLetsTalk, Each time you use the bell let’s talk face book frame,
each time you watch bells official video on instagram, each time you send a snap using the bell let’s talk filter on snap chat, or if you watch and share Bell’s official video on any of these apps.
For every text message sent by a Bell mobility customer and for every mobile and long distance call made by a Bell, Bell Aliant or Bell MTS customer also.
As a result of Bell Let’s talk day last year in 2018 Bell donated a total of six million, nine hundred nineteen thousand, one hundred ninety-nine and seventy five cents ($6,919,199.75) toward mental health initiatives.
Also for Bell Let’s talk day the Nunatsiavut Department of Health and Social development (DHSD) will be holding free skating for youth and families in Nain. This will take place at 3:30 to 4:30pm at the Nain Husky Center arena, there will be hot chocolate and snacks provided.
