One of our Nunatsiavut members from Nain went to Montreal for Food Security conference.
Shelley Dicker is the Food Community Coordinator of Nigivik Centre.
She says she went on a tour to another food centre downtown Montreal.
Dicker says most of their conferences were about how they grow their vegetables and how they keep their farms surviving in the cold winter.
