The Seven-Plex in Hopedale has been completed and selected applicants move in today.
Michelle Kinney is the Deputy Health and Social Development for Nunatsiavut government.
She says they have selected six families to live in the facility and the seventh family will be selected soon.
Kinney says there are regulations to be followed for tenants to live in the facility.
