The Labrador Aboriginal Program (LATP) is taking applications for people who would like to start job training in Voisey’s Bay through Vale NL.
Keith Jacque is the Executive Director of LATP.
He says the training courses include: underground mining.
Jacque says he will be in Nain on Monday, September 24 for two days , and travel to Hopedale on Wednesday, September 26.
He says the purpose of these sessions is to let people know what programs are available and what people can expect if they train for underground mining.
