A public meeting was held in Nain about a new vessel that will be serving the communities on the north coast.
There was a big turnout from local business owners around town.
There were many issues brought forward and questions asked to the officials from out of town.
The officials included: MHA, MP, Woodwards, Nunatsiavut Government and NICG.
The topic on no more service from Lewisporte was an ear opener after the new vessel start operating.
Stay tuned to today’s AtjiKangitut show to hear an audio which is part two of the questions people asked about the new vessel and answers from the officials last Friday.
