The Nunatsiavut Government 7plex Housing Units will be ready for occupancy soon.
The application forms are available as of today and may be picked up at the NG office, DHSD Office or Hopedale Inuit Community Government office. The deadline for applications is August 3, 2018.
The units are designated for families who are at risk of having their children go into care or potentially could have their children returned to their care with appropriate housing and supports.
The families must be open to working with the Family Connections Program and be agreeable to the rules in place such as no alcohol/illicit drug use in units, only individuals listed on the rental agreement permitted to reside in the home, etc…
