The 13th Annual Rhubarb Festival in Hopedale is started yesterday with plans for a fun-filled week.
Today’s events started off with Seniors Luncheon that is sponsored by DHSD at the Nanuk Centre.
At 4:30 there will be a Mini Fair/carnival/ Carnival and Rhubarb Bake-ff at the Nanuk centre.
Followed by that there will be a Cardboard Boat Race at 7pm.
Tomorrow the events artists off with a Toddler Social at 1:20 at the Nanuk Centre.
There will also be a VALE community BBQ and Minute to win it.
