The 13th Annual Rhubarb Festival in Hopedale is starting today with plans for a fun-filled week.
The events start off today at 4:30pm at the Nanuk Centre with a fireman’s Challenge then a beauty Pageant at 6:30pm.
Tomorrow the events will start with a Seniors Luncheon that is sponsored by DHSD starting at 12 until 1pm at the Nanuk Centre.
There will also be a Fair/Carnival and Rhubarb Bake-off and Cardboard Boat race.
