Nunatsiavut Marine Inc. (NMI) wishes to advise the public that the commencement of the 2018 freight and passenger services is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday June 25, 2018.
Passenger service to commence from Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL and all ports north to Nain, subject to favourable ice conditions on the North Coast of Labrador.
NMI is monitoring the ice conditions on the coast daily.
Freight offices in Lewisporte and Happy Valley-Goose Bay will open and begin receiving cargo on Friday, June 15, 2018.
All other ports are scheduled to begin receiving freight one day prior to arrival of the first vessel.
