The St. John’s Native Friendship Centre (SJNFC) has many programs and events planned for this summer.
Chris Sheppard is the Executive Director for the Centre.
Sheppard says that the centre is getting ready for National Indigenous Day, which is on June 21.
He says there are usually several hundred people in attendance.
The centre will also be having several summer students on board with them throughout the summer as well.
