Torngat Fish Producers Cooperative and the board members held their meeting for the spring.
Keith Watts is the General Manager.
He says the meeting took two days.
Watts says the issues talked about were the financial statements, operations for the two fish plants in Nain and Makkovik, fish quotas, engineers for the two plants, and some training.
He says there were representatives from the Nunatsiavut Government, and also from Mercers Seafood, and GXT, a seismic company.
Watts says the board decided to hold the Community meeting in mid-April, and their Annual General Meeting in Hopedale is in the first week of May.
