The 24th annual Jobe J Volley Ball Tournament is being held in Hopedale starting November 8th.
Boas Mitsuk is the Recreation Director in Hopedale.
He says they are aiming to have the tournament finished by Saturday, November 9th.
He says as of right now they have nine women’s teams registered and three men’s teams registered.
Players are from Nain, Natuashish, Makkovik, Happy Valley Goose Bay and Sheshatshiu.
Mitsuk says they will provide more information about this tournament once it becomes available.
And this volleyball tournament is in memory of the late Dean Flowers.
