The Torngat Mountains Caribou Project Committee will be in Nain next Thursday, March 2, 2017.
Aaron Dale is the Wildlife and Plants Research Program manager for Torngat Secretariat.
He says this caribou committee is inviting the residents of Nain for a Public Dialogue to share, collaborate and design research on the Torngat Mountains Caribou Herd.
Dale says there will be representatives from the Nunatsiavut Government, Makivik Corporation, Parks Canada, Wildlife and Plants Board, Province of NL, and Province of Quebec.
The meeting will take place at the Nunatsiavut Government Boardroom in Nain at 7 pm, Thursday, March 2, 2017.
