Tom Gordon, Professor Emeritus School of Music at MUN in St. John’s sent an email on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 to congratulate the recording of Piloriput Inuit CD.
The email said that the recording of Piloriput Inuit CD has been nominated for a 2016 East Coast Music Award or ECMA.
The CD recording features Karrie Obed, Tenor, Deantha Edmunds Soprano, and Tom Gordon, Organist.
We did get a chance to speak with one of the performers of the CD Deantha Edmunds to find out more about being nominated for such an award.
