Bicycle Rodeo Rolling

The Annual Bicycle Rodeo started in Nain this afternoon at one o’clock.

Harry Dicker of Nain is the Community Constable for the Nain Inuit Community Government.

Dicker says the rodeo is designed for children and youth up to 18 years old.

Dicker says there are two bicycles to give away this year.

The bikes were donated by Vale and the Department of Health and Social Development.

Dicker is presenting safety features and obstacle courses for the kids.

The Bicycle rodeo is being held at the Nain ball field, and will run until all events are completed.

We will hear more from Dicker sometime next week to give you some bicycle safety tips.
