Air Borealis Makes Donation to NL Communities

Air Borealis has been giving Christmas gifts to their clients over the years.

This year for Christmas, instead of gifts, they have decided to donate $30,000 for some communities in Labrador and on the Island.

Steven Dinn is the Vice-President of PAL Airlines and Air Borealis.

He says they are donating to charitable organizations in six or seven communities, and this is the first time they are doing this since they started operations.

Dinn says this year they will also have Santa Clause on an Air Borealis flight to visit two north coast communities- Nain and Natuashish- as Air Labrador used to do over the years.

He says the discount for beneficiaries remains the same as they launched it when they first started operations.

Stay tuned for AtjiKangitut tomorrow to hear Dinn talk more about their flight services in regards to these issues.
