Construction of new homes is underway in some of the north coast communities.
And right now, Torngat Regional Housing Association (or TRHA) is waiting on more supplies and materials to arrive on the freight boat, Astron.
William Lucy is the Coordinator for TRHA.
He says in Rigolet, the interior of one house is getting plastered.
Repairs will take place in Postville and Makkovik when the materials arrive.
Lucy said in Hopedale, four new homes will be built, and they have to do land work on one lot.
He adds that he has to come to Nain to get more information on how the construction is going here in town.
