There recently was a flooding problem in the North West River (NWR) area.
We spoke to Derek Montague the Mayor of NWR.
He says that flooding was not the only issue that residents of Happy Valley- Goose Bay (HVGB) and NWR had to deal with over the weekend.
The other issue was that they had to deal with a power outage.
