The Inuit Women’s Conference continues its third gathering event in Hopedale this week.

The conference started with a meet and greet on Monday evening.

That was followed by introductions from the panels.

The afternoon sessions included Andrea Procter’s project, Daughters of Mikak, and slide shows of Labrador.

After that there were sessions from the Health panel.

This morning’s sessions featured presentations from AnanauKatiget Tumingit, during a cultural morning.

Today’s sessions are the Panel Leadership and Empowerment, then an Economic Development Panel, and a question and answer period.

A meal with all delegates takes place at 5:45, with a performance from the Hopedale Drum Dancers.
