Moose Found Dead on Echo Lake in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL

The Fish & Wildlife Enforcement Division is seeking the public’s assistance after a moose was killed and left untouched on the Echo Lake resource road this past weekend in Happy Valley- Goose Bay, NL.

Superintendent Travis Clannon says the animal was killed sometime between January 6th and January 8th, 2017.

It appears to have been shot and then left on the side of the Echo Lake Road.

An investigation is currently underway, and Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Officials are hopeful that residents will come forward with information.
