Levi Obed from North West River, and originally from Nain, has received his Labrador Inuttitut Training Program certificate.
Obed was the youngest participant in the two week training program, which was held in Happy Valley-Goose Bay earlier this month.
Obed adds that the program was one of the best courses he has taken, and would take that opportunity again.
