There is a delay for some people to try to get to Hebron for the National Inuit Suicide Prevention Strategy event that’s supposed to happen tomorrow.
The forecast is still looking grim again today, with no change in the forecast for the fog that will not lift.
That means the planes can’t fly in to the North Coast towns from Goose Bay.
Inuit Tapiriit Kanadami is hosting the announcement for the strategic plan- scheduled to be held in Hebron, but so far to no avail.
There were quite a number of people expected to be in attendance tomorrow, including representatives from ITK, the Nunatsiavut Government and the Federal Government, plus invited guests.
Some of the representatives are expected to arrive in Goose Bay today, while others are already there.
