Since January 2016, the Museum in Hopedale has had 50 visitors.
David Igloliorte is the curator for the Apvitok Sivumuak Society in Hopedale.
Igloliorte says that he is hopeful that visitors this year will go up in numbers once the passenger boats start to travel the north coast.
A cruise ship is also expected to arrive in Hopedale on Sunday, July 3rd.
Igloliorte says that there are plans for the visitors when they arrive in the community.
