A local Nain woman wants to start up a seal skin boot making class.
Peggy Andersen is the Executive Director for Torngat Arts and Crafts.
She says when she started her position at the Craft shop it was one of her plans to try and bring back the making of the black bottom seal skin boots.
Andersen says there will be two instructors for this project.
She says they will get the students to clean and de- hair them.
